Make It Rad Edmonton Community Skate Jam 2026
Saturday, August 22, 2026. 12–5pm. Callingwood Skatepark.
Make It Rad is back for year three, and it’s the biggest one yet and in collaboration with ESA!
Started in 2024 at Canora Courts. Moved to Spruce Grove for year two. This year we’re at Callingwood.
This year’s silent auction supports the Edmonton Skateboarding Association (ESA), a skater-led non-profit pushing for a long-term indoor skate facility in Edmonton. Every dollar goes toward that.
All ages. All skill levels. All welcome.

What’s happening
- Learn-to-Skate, sponsored by Project Rad — free boards, free instruction (helmet & waiver required)
- Under 18 skateboard jam
- Open skateboard jam (Vert, 7-Stair, Kicker/China Bank/Flatgap, Hip)
- Fingerboarding sponsored by Offhand Craft
- Free BBQ sponsored by Radon Gas Removal Systems, Elms Weeping Tile Ltd, and SkateLife Edmonton
- Product toss by our local skateboarding community (skate brands & skateshops)
